hello - want to lose 11kg

Hello,
I'm 5ft 2 and currently weigh 65kg (143lbs or 10 stone 3)
I realise I don't weigh a huge amount but I feel as though I look huge and it's making me really miserable.
I want to get to 54kg so have 11 to lose!
I don't think I eat badly at mealtimes but I have a terrible sweet tooth and can easily (and regularly do) eat 200g chocolate in a day 🙈

Hi @gailplatt666! Are you exercising at all? With that small amount of weight to lose, exercise may help. But remember the closer you are to the ideal weight for your height, the longer it may take to lose it.0

I've been walking between for about 2 hours per day and started doing some kettlebell workouts too - although went too hard yesterday and now I can't walk...
I used to run regularly about 3 years ago so want to start doing that again once I regain the use of my legs. : -)0
