Female chest tightening exercises

Do any girlies out there work their chests on a regular basis? I want to tighten my chest up a little and hopefully make my breasts a little perkier. Does anyone have any ideas on a particularly good routine for this?

    Push ups and chest presses will help. :smile: Don't be afraid to lift heavy on the chest presses!

    I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred. Her workouts work the chest muscles. I just started level 2 yesterday and it has a harder workout for the chest.... Love this dvd!!! Lots of pushups and weights too.

    Yoga & Pilates are working nicely for me w/out adding any bulk. Lots of planks, downward facing dogs, Sun salutations, etc
