Failing hard since isolation started

Oh boy. I've been doing poorly at recording, and as a result losing, since isolation started. My exercise is down because I have somehow hurt my shin/knee/hip in my right leg, and even walking causes pain. So, to add to the isolation which causes mental issues of its own, my weight is nowhere near where I want it/need it to be. Can anyone commisserate, or help me see a good way to get back on track?

Yes, same here. The isolation, plus a rib injury, put me in the same spot. Everything considered, I was really uncomfortable in terms of weight also. So after I got past the worst of the rib pain, I went back to my eating regimen to lose weight. That was about 2 weeks ago, and I'm now dropping weight, and am back to workouts at about 60% intensity. *((But there was also a 2 week period prior to that where I just had to rest my injury... I contacted my doctor, and was on pain meds))
So for me, it's usually best to make my adjustments in stages. First, mentally prepare.. resolve that I really need to get back on track. Second, change my diet, cut out the junk and begin to feel better. Third, get back to workouts, but ease into them so the transition feels good and I look forward to getting back to form.
So basically, baby steps. Nothing happens overnight.2
