You can search for recipes here on MFP, too ... there are many. I pulled one from here months ago and made it several times ... it was SO good!
You can see the thread here, I think:

yep!! Super easy, super good!
1.5c flour (i do 1/2 and 1/2)
.75c splenda
2tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
2/3c 0% yogurt (greek is best!)
2/3c water
3/4c blueberries (I used frozen)
mix dry ingredients, then add water+ yogurt. Mix, then add the berries and stir carefully. grease muffin cups, fill 3/4 full, bake @ 400 for 18 minutes.
Don't use the little cups, they stick!0 -

I've lazily copied the ingredients from my MFP recipe page for one of my low calorie blueberry muffins below. Haven't got the actual instructions written down but you basically follow standard mixing instructions for muffins.
The recipe below from MFP page gives you 174 Calories per muffin (about 90g); 2g of Fat and 0g Sat. Fat)
Calories Carbs Fat Sat Fat Protein Sugar
Total: 2083 400 28 5 66 71

I made these ones this weekend. They were wonderful. The lemon adds a nice compliment to the blueberry. Even my hubby who hates anything healthy liked them. You could never tell that they are lower calorie.
