The 2010 picture were between 233-240lbs before I joined MFP & I stayed that weight until March 20th, 2011 when I joined. I've lost 34lbs in 5 months, down to 199lbs now! I didn't know there was that much of a difference between then & now... I honestly can't even remember thinking I was that big, because at the time I didn't realize I was. There's still a lot more work til I hit my goal weight, but I know I can do it! =) And so can all of you! Thanks for looking! =)

    Keep up the great work!!! For me, I love before and after pics monthly because just the subtle changes noticed in pictures, especially when the scale isn't cooperating, are enough to keep me motivated.
