Hi everyone,

I am new here. I am a mom of two babies and a student . Life has been challenging with making sure I stay on track . I lost 25 lbs 3 years ago but gained that plus some. Feeling really fed up because of no change . Need to stay on track and stay motivated . I am at the weight I was when I was pregnant with my second . This makes me super sad because I am not pregnant and look like I am. So ready for some change. First goal, is to lose 25-30lbs before August .

I don’t want my kids to think this is ok. I want them to be healthy, and avoid having weight issues like me. I am their role model and I have to set this goal for them and myself.
