controlling type 2 diabetes

i am failing to bring type 2 diabetes under control. i have not been prescribed medication. i am battling to control it with diet alone.

Call and ask your doctor for advice. Medication might be your best option to help control your diabetes.1

I would suggest having a glucose meter, if you dont have one.
Only because you need to know how your choices are effecting your sugars, if you can successfully lose some weight, this potentially could bring sugars down, but if not, medication will be required1 -

A glucose monitor is essential, I have been told the Walmart glucose meter test strips are cheaper to get. Look into that. Good luck and God speed.
P.S.
Look into what foods and spices bring your blood sugar down and be aware of exactly it is. DO NOT LET YOUR BLOOD SUGAR PLUMET TO UNDER 60. YOU will be in a world of hurt.
