Looking for some friends and a support group I have no one in the physical that is excited about me bettering me but ME! 29 with 5 kids just want a better life for me currently 265 trying to get to 220

your not to bad yours shouldn't b that bad especially if your looking to get to only 220 im 285 and im struggling! Lol this is so hard1

Intermittent fasting is what helped me in the past. You could try that and focus on eating healthy meals during your eating hours. Trust me, it’s HARD but you will definitely see results and if you exercise regularly, you will see results even faster. Good luck ladies.0
