Starting over in DFW

Who knew the best motivator would be a breakup. Well here I am looking to start over and what better way than by working on my body. Not looking to be the fittest on earth but I can lose about 10 pounds and get leaner and stronger and I’d be happy with that...at least for now. 185-190 is the goal. Currently sitting at 196. Lets do this.

^^ The makings of a great bromance. Glad you're here: both of you.

And, @jevega930, may your heart and body mend healthfully!

I’m trying. 6 years isn’t easy to get over. Who would’ve thought the physical fitness would be easier to handle than the mental emotional one. But I’m doing it. Slowly but surely.

Let's leave all the baggage behind. I left a 40 year old marriage. Never say never. All the negative I have thrown away and am starting a new. Being a cancer survivor, I need this more than ever. It was my wake up call. I am on a roll and have my son who is a doctor guiding my way and letting me know the right tactics to succeed. He is also a marathon runner and balances out my days. I like check ins. Or I should say I need them. You need support to succeed and do write in often. Someone is reading and cares about you. You are the captain of your own ship. Now Let's get going. Document everything you put in your mouth. This can be fun. Most of all, don't disappoint yourself! You are loved, always and always. http://teachmerhonda.com
