OK, our first challenge...pretty easy one, I think!! Log in 13 miles in the month of September!! We can WALK, RUN, JOG, or do the ELLIPTICAL.

Between running this week and the elliptical i'm up to 6.5. Good thing i did 1/2 already leg wasn't feeling to hot today so the next 2 days i'm giving it a rest in hopes it feels better for Thursday!0

Alright! I'm on it! It's supposed to rain all week here so I might have to do mine indoors! I really need to change it up for my body because I am stuck!0

OMG, you've won the challenge...hahahaha! WTG, though you seem to really love it! I hated my treadmill at home, I think I needed the push of leaving my home and going somewhere like the gym or outside!!0 -

I think i'm hitting a plateau too. keep going up by a pound and then down the next day then back up...I'm hoping by thursday i'll see 132/131.0 -

I definitely prefer the outdoors but with two young kids and a traveling husband i had to get something for the house to ensure i had NO excuse not to exercise0 -
I'm at 4.5 miles and today will probably log another 2!! total will be 6.5 if all goes as planned0

Hello all, I am new to your group joined last week. I am in another challenge group this month and we are doing Leslie Sansone walk at home dvds, so this month I have already done 17 miles as of yesterday0

In my other challenge we got to set our own miles and everyone ranges from 15-100 miles. Mine is set for 45 so hopefully by the end of this month I will have reached it0 -

Just played on the elliptical today...didn't really push so only did about a mile...I'm up to 10.50

Well I'm guessing that our first challenge was quite simple for those of us that have the time to run or walk. I know not all of us have a lot of time for that, so this challenge may be a little more difficult. After today I will reach 13, too!!

Completed another 3 miles today...16 total but the next few days I'll be missing the gym, hopefully Thursday if i'm lucky but more than likely it'll be Friday evening.0

hmmm i'll have to think on that one. we could do a number of minutes/hours to exercise for the month.0
