Accountability post - goals for the week

I am posting this to keep myself accountable.

When I eat rubbish I feel bad, don’t sleep well and don’t move enough. When I eat better, I sleep better and exercise more.

This week:
1. I will walk an hour each day even in bad weather
2. I will eat to plan
3. I have planned a treat meal so will not die if I don’t have treats all day every day
4. No phone from 9pm each night

    Monday was mostly on track:
    Walked my 5km route
    Ate on plan and no treats
    Phone past 9pm - x
    Bring on Today, will report back tomorrow.

    My goals for this week are :
    1. I will work out / do yoga for at least 15 minutes at home every day
    2. I will weigh in every day
    3. I will log my meals everyday

    Tuesday was not too bad:
    Walked 5km after work plus did 10 minutes of yoga (not much but something in the time available)
    Ate on plan and tracked my food
    Phone past 9pm - x

    Sorry for the late check in.
    I weighed myself yesterday and logged some meals. I was busy and munched in between 😒. You are doing great @ERB2018 . I need some yoga too! Thanks for posting 😃

    Whacky Wednesday? I did my walk, ate to plan during the day but ate far too much popcorn last night. I had a long and stressful day and used food as a comfort, definitely a terrible habit. Showed on the scales this morning too. ☹️☹️
    Worked until 10pm so read the news on my phone in bed. My no phone after 9pm goal is not going too well!
    Hope you had a great Wednesday and that Thursday shapes up to be a good one too!

    I need some accountability! I’m staying “on track” but am starting to let little things go, a bite here, a guess there, etc and for me I will not lose a thing if I’m not exact.
    Goal for the week is:
    To track everything
    To weigh everything
    To avoid mid day chocolate or other sugar

    Not too sunny where I am unfortunately so today’s walk will be a wet and windy one!

    Thursday’s update:
    Did my walk, ate a bit off track after dinner but not disastrous and was off the phone at 9pm!
