    CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Your an INSPIRATION!! I'm sooo GLAD you stressed that it can be done without diet pills & surgery because I thought I had to get "help" to lose 85 lbs. I'm on my way without either. Just good ole EXERCISE & BETTER CHOICES. : ) I'm proud of you. Thank you for sharing. : )
