Hi, I’ve been off for a few years and have decided to go the paleo route due to health issues, is anybody else following paleo ... I’m looking for meal suggestions

    I try to stick to paleo. Im not on it 100 percent of rhe time. But i do make alot of the recipes. It helps because im diabetic.
