Hello all!
I have been watching the scale creep up every day (especially since lock down) and enough is enough. Starting fresh today and would love the support.
I am currently 169 pounds at 5'5.
Could seriously use all the motivation I can get.

Hi I’m finally ready to be serious. Looking for an accountability group to encourage meal planning (it really helps) and exercise (I’m a couch potato). 5’2” currently 200. First goal is 180 but need to be 135 so please add me. I’ve done this before. It is possible!3

I'm currently almost 6 months postpartum, breastfeeding, so I have to be mindful not to decrease my calories to much. I'm also wannabe runner lol1 -

I'll add you I've been on an off this journey on and off for years. At the beginning of this lockdown I did really well tracking and being focused, but now I feel like I'm just getting out of control!
I have regained 3 kilos over the past 3 weeks. So now I'm really looking for friends to focus on and keep me focused, while also being able to help support others!
I want to lose another 10kgs (I've lost 17kgs so far).

I just restated as well after losing 20 and regaining it back a year later due to emotional eating and hypothyroidism. I’ve lost 5 so far 25 to go, I’m ready to commit to this life style, I need to do this extra weight is affecting my health. You can add me as a friend don’t know how to. Good luck 👍2

Hi there, I’m brand new to the community board and just reactivated my account. I am 5’3 and back up to 185lbs for the -nth time. Trying to get back to my lowest 134 which is technically still the high end of my weight/height chart but I know achievable. How does the group work? Are we automatically added or need another step?2

Hello, my name is Ellen also. I just rejoined. I lost 42 pounds 2 years ago but I have gained back 20. Uggg! Just track your calories and don’t beat yourself up if you cheat. Just keep going.1
