Hello- if a listing of pasta does not have a cooked or dry listing, should we assume the calories listed are for dry? Or cooked?
ie: Simole Truth Brown Rice, Quinoa, Cauliflower Rotini- 200 calories for 2 oz. being as pasta expands-
Thx. Julie

Would this be for dry or cooked?0

If the package doesn't specify, then the nutrition info is for "as packaged". So dry, raw, plain.
I've seen an occasional product put forward here where the nutrition info seems to be for cooked even though it doesn't so say, but those are exceedingly rare and weird exceptions.
A 2 oz pasta serving is definitely for dry.0 -
What kimny72 said, and 200 cal is pretty normal for 2 oz dry also.0

2oz and 200cal is a dry serving - that is standard size on the boxes I buy0
