Hey everyone! I’m new here, only been using the app for a couple week just to mainly get used to logging my meals. I haven’t really started a diet yet. I’ve tried so many I’m not sure what I should do next. I just quit smoking 21 days ago so I’m working on a healthier me!

    All you need to do is eat less calories than you burn, it's that simple. No need for fad diets!
