    I'm down more than 30 lbs since last summer but just can't seem to get out of the 205 - 210 lbs zone.

    What I'd like to share about my progress this week: I'm basically staying in the 185-186 range, but I am ok with it. I have upped my exercise and have been eating at maintenance. Water weight has been an issue too. I was 189 the other day...crazy fluctuation but normal for me. I still want to get leaner as I get stronger and add more muscle, so I will continue my journey.

    What I'd like to share about my progress this week:
    Past my plateau! Really excited to see some progress and actual loss. Of course I have celebration with a lot of food to attend tonight but still this is a great sign after weeks of hovering around 150. I also am going back to previous eating plan to see if that helps, I seemed to have really good luck with it. I am also determined to add back in some workouts and not just the walks I have been taking. They have been taking up a lot of my workout and time and while they help its quite enough on it's own. Anyway what I mean to say I am very motivated and happy with my progress with week.

    What I'd like to share about my progress this week: lets hope this time it keeps going down. Still doing 3 days of hiking and 3 days of light strength training.

    What I'd like to share about my progress this week: Getting out on the trails with my mountain bike these past couple of weeks has helped me focus on things again and really push myself. I especially worked hard this last week. I'm eating a ton of food to keep my energy levels high, but still weighing & logging everything.

    Still bouncing around weight-wise but with the nicer weather at least I'm getting outside more with early morning jogs so we'll see if that helps.

    I've been stuck in the 205 - 210 lbs plateau for some time. I'm eating pretty healthy foods but need to bring down the portion sizes and just not getting enough high burn exercise. No excuses - I just need to commit if I really want to get down to where I want to be.

    Well, I did not meet my goal for this challenge. However I am nonetheless proud of myself for staying accountable & at least holding the line during what has proven to be a very challenging time for me for avoiding emotional over-eating and over-alcohol consumption. THANK YOU to all who accompanied me during this challenge. I look forward to seeing you out there on another challenge board. Meantime, take very good care & good luck in achieving your MFP goals!

    What I'd like to share about my progress this week: Well, I actually gained 1 lb, BUT it is A-OK with me! I also gained muscle and way more endurance and overall fitness from mountain biking and pushing myself with training 7 days a week. So, I don't consider this a loss at all. As far as weight, I am still down around 100 lbs from my all time heaviest. I'm pretty proud of my 55 year old self. Still may get leaner or not...haven't decided yet.
