Hi,

Does anybody know of a good website that has meal plans for 1100 calories? I've fallen off the band wagon and really need to get back on track. Any advice is most appreciated!

Thank you.

  • Sometimes your own journals can be your best meal plan. Look back through your food diaries to the times when you were losing, and see what you were and were not eating then.

Eating 1100 calories per day is just unhealthy and dangerous. It comes down to eating healthy and exercise. Lots of fruit, veggies and lean protein is important.

I use realage.com, and the book YOU on a DIET by Dr. Oz.:flowerforyou:

Don't know if your interested but you can do your own?

Get one of your shopping recipts/lists and just make the next weeks meals all set out on MFP and see if you can follow it.

No ingredients you've never heard of or trying things you ain't sure of, should go pretty well - i'm trying to attempt that at the moment and keep forgetting!

Personally, I think you should aim for 1200 or more. Limiting yourself to 1100 calories a day is probably WHY you've fallen off the bandwagon. You can do an easy search on Google for "1200 calorie meal plans" if interested.

I use a lot of recipes from this book: http://www.amazon.com/Well-Lose-Weight-comb-Great-Tasting/dp/0470540311/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1315246983&sr=1-2

It's called Eat Well, Lose Weight. It has nutritional info on every recipe and most are under 300 calories and ALL Have pictures.
