It has only been 4 days and I already see progress. I'm so excited to keep going. Tonight I'm doing my weekly measurements so I'll update those later. Fingers crossed for another inch lost, I'll see. :)

    I use Chloe Ting and getfitbyyivana workouts on YouTube. I focus on the ab and butt workouts about 4-5 days a week and with a 2-3 mile hike on weekends, if I get the chance. Recently on good days, I can do 40 minutes of workouts. But it has averaged starting from 20 minutes in the beginning to now 30-40, if I'm not super sore.

    Oh and I go on 30 minute walks a couple times a week, nothing crazy.
