Now that the Summer is over I seriously need to start watching what I am eating. I found this website and I think it will be a great tool to track my progress. Today is the first day I am loging in so wish me luck!

    You're at the right place!

    I just started too. Some of the calories for certain foods aren't always accurate..but I think this is the right place to start for accountability..and nice support network. We all need to get to our goals. So let's do it together!

  • Much luck on your journey:smile: . I think you will find MFP (myfitnesspal) to be motivational and informative. Make sure to keep track of everything you eat and drink everyday. It will give you information on the types of foods (high carbs or fat) that you are eating and you can alter your menu accordingly. Please friend me if you would like, I need all the encouragement and motivation I can get:happy:
