How can I change my measurments for recording in my diary from oz/ grams to cups . So much easier to record in cupa for dry / wet .

    Cups are highly inaccurate - they might be easier but majority of ppl recommend food scale and Oz/grans

    Aside from weight being more accurate, the measurement options vary from entry to entry, depending on what the creator of the database entry selected. I ignore entries using only volume measurements or even worse options such as 'one slice' and look for entries using only grams. You can do the opposite and look for entries offering volume measurements in the drop-down list.
