How to start exercising ?

I have been in diet for 6 months 💔 and I lost 14 kg but it’s not really appearing in my body I don’t exercise daily I don’t know what to do now I’m stuck do I should continue the diet with a little workouts or what ? 🥺

    Why not start by walking and go from there?

    How about adding some workout routines like walking or dancing or lifting weights?

    If you've lost 14kg, then your diet is definitely working for weight loss.
    It looks like you've hit your first goal, and it is time to set a new one!
    A good way to measure progress other than the scale is to use a tape measure, which you can also log in myfitnesspal. A tape measure will show you when you've lost weight in some areas and not others which can help you identify if you are focussing on one area in particular.
    A personal trainer can also do wonders in keeping you out of your own head.
