Challenge:
Lose 3% of your body weight in the month of May. Check in each week with weight and % weight lost from total. Weigh in each Monday. Be sure to weigh yourself the same time of day each Monday for a consistent measurement.

    Not where I wanted to be but I feel better and made progress. Looking forward to another challenge in June!
