The people in the comments seem to strongly agree.. I don't have arthritis now, but is eating rice and oats and milk by the cup fulls daily slowly causing it to happen when I'm older?

This study has not been done on humans--so very iffy. You can cut out lots of foods if you're convinced, but I'm not. I make pasta for my family everyday--we live in Italy. Harper16--you made me laugh.3 -
Instead of worrying about certain foods and claims they cause this or that, I would instead focus in the foods that help you reach your goals and make you feel best. If you are concerned about a food don't eat too much of one thing, switch it up, get a variety in your diet.4
