Just started this today (vanilla shake).
While it's not awful it is very sweet!
Does anyone else use this? 400ml per shake is a lot! What's the best way to reduce the sweetness?

Could you use half the amount, or buy a protein powder that tastes less sweet?1

I don't know exactly what it is, but if it's not palatable, don't drink it!!! You don't have to use any special shake, pill, patch, food, tea, oil, or whatever other dietary woo to lose weight. All you need is a calorie deficit, and you can create that eating whatever foods you prefer.
