Time to take my eating healthy seriously!!

Hello I’m Darrell and new to this figured I would say hello to the community. Have always enjoyed exercise and working out but my eating has caused me to put on unwanted pounds over the past few years. Decided to join this to be accountable and set myself up to have the best chance at success😊Always open to helpful hints as these things are better done with support. Hope everyone reaches their goals of balanced health.
