For breakfat I had two scrambled eggs, two slices of bacon, coffee, and a bottle of water.
Lunch will be either a grilled chicken and zuchini salad, chicken caesar salad, or chicken with a side of raw broccoli
Dinner will probably be roasted cauliflower and caramelized onion chicken0 -

Not to get on you, but man, that's not a lot of food. How many calories are you allowing yourself each day? To each their own, but I just can't believe you're not starving.
Anyway - so far, I've had:
Breakfast: Chocolate Protein Shake with Peanut Butter and Banana
Snack: Baby Bell lite, almonds and craisins
Lunch: Salad with Mixed greens, spinach, asparagus, almonds, feta, craisins, shrimp and chicken, hard boiled egg and dates. With homemade raspberry, balsamic vinaigrette.0 -

Try eating more during the day. You might not be as hungry in the evening.0 -

I was thinking this to. My biggest hurdle has been not eating late at night after I get the kids to bed. I've found that be eating decent meals and snacks during the day I'm not as hungry later. Of course I'm just starting out, but so far it's working.0 -
