Advice please

I need to start taking control again, 10 weeks of working from home, not being able to go to spin has left me looking like & feeling like a beached whale! I’ve just not found the motivation to take care of myself, I dont have scales to weigh myself & tbh I do t want to be a slave to them, I find them demotivating, how should I start? Count calories etc? I can’t believe I’ve just let all my hard work slip through my fingers ☹️

I would just say (in addition to the sexypants link above) that Spinning is not the only exercise out there.
I'm in WA state and we have been in lockdown since March 11. I've been on a walk outdoors nearly every day since this happened. I've been doing body-weight exercises and using my resistance bands. I haven't gained or lost any weight.
Find another way. Make it happen.5 -
Log now! No more procrastinating. Log. Exercise now! Equipment at home? Use it! No? Walk! Doesn’t matter how much, how long. Just do it! You’ll feel better and make a better decision about what’s next!
