New here and need help

I'm just starting out and I'm looking for exercise ideas. My issues are that I've just had a hip replacement, I need the other one done and both knees too. I've started walking but can't go far and have to stop often because the other hip hurts. What are some things I can do? Thank you so much !

I used to but covid put a stop to it. I was almost at the max my insurance allows. Only had a couple more sessions left.1

Water aerobic in a pool should help alot.1

The Y here has a water arthritis program 3 times a week that I plan on joining when it opens back up.0
