Hello everyone I have decided to join as of tonight, my friends daughter is on here, and she is doing so good, I can only hope that joining will help me hold myself accountable. I need everyone to help me I have tried and lost and gained and lost and gained, well you get the idea, I want this to be the last try, I want this to work!!! I have to change, to better myself, so I can live!!!! I have diabetes, and high blood pressure, and I just know I'm going to continue falling apart if I don't do something positive for myself very soon!!

Hi, Junebug! I am addable. By the way, I'm curious about your ticker: how did you decide you wanted to lose 68.2 lb? I mean, call me conventional, but I'd have aimed at 65 or 70.0

Welcome! I swear by this site. I've told many many people about it and they can't believe all I'm doing is keeping track of everything I eat. Not really exercising, except what I do at work. Got my husband on the same site and he too has lost a lot of weight. Of course he's a man so his weight comes off easier and he gets to eat more! grrrr....men! LOL Anyway, we both feel great. He looks awesome and everybody says I'm looking good too (I just cant see it myself). It does work. I've always been a firm believer in keeping track of what you eat will help you to lose weight and this site is by far, the best site out there. It has the largest data base of foods and if you are an at home cook, like me, you can just enter in your recipes and how many servings there was in it and it will give you all the nutritional information for that recipe. Makes it so much easier to eat what you like. Good Luck, and add me as a friend and I will do my best to help keep you motivated.
