I put hot sauce on pretty much everything. Garlic salt is pretty delicious on veggies, too.0

Steaming is okay, but roasting is much tastier, as fit4life mentioned. I JUST finished eating two roasted zucchini. I sliced them up into large french-fry shapes, sprayed a little olive oil with my new, awesome mister, sprinkled some Italian seasoning, pepper, chopped garlic and crushed red pepper on them, and then roasted them until soft and brown in spots. SO GOOD!!
I dip the spears in a little ketchup mixed with light mayo and buffalo sauce. With the sauce, my whole lunch was 150 calories.0 -
use less butter...or a half half mix of butter/olive oil or just olive oil. I use an olive spread with garlic, cayenne or black pepper. You don't have to forgo all fats, just switch to healthier ones0

I put my favorite salad dressing on them, Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger. I put it over my salmon too.0

I need to get a mister
Because I honestly may never ever ever steam veggies again. They are so much better steamed0 -
Yeah, I put meat seasonings on my veggies. [:0

I tend to use olive oil or balsamic vinegar. Hemp oil is nice too if you like a slightly nutty oil and that's really good for you. Nuts sprinkled in or lighted toasted. Juice or zest from a lemon livens things up too as well as fresh herbs like mint or basil.0

1. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray (not the one in the tub)
2. Olive oil with sea salt
3. Greek yogurt
4. Any kind of salsa (I like mango)
5. Slivered almonds
6. Hummus
I also like to roast veggies in the oven using some Pam Olive Oil cooking spray... they come out great!0 -

My go to topping is light sour cream. Only 20 calories per tablespoon. Sometimes I mix it with spices or Mrs. Dash to add flavor.0

Totally changed how I eat broccoli. As in I eat it now. I also like slivered almonds on steamed veggies ... yum.0 -
I have bought a couple of products that is made for popcorn. Kernel Season's 2 calories per serving. and Land O lakes 5 calories per serving. I found them near the popcorn. There are all kinds of flavors. Our fav is Chili Lime from Kernel season's and Parnesan Herb from land o lakes. Very Very tasty and under 2 bucks each. We use them on pasta, vegies and of course popcorn.0

sesame oil has a great flavour, or your favourite salad dressing, or a bit of lemon juice is great.0
-
any kind of low fat dip, although like others have said, roasting is much tastier.

I always roast asparagus & cauliflower, but never tried roasting broccoli or zucchini -- what temp do you use for zucchini and broccoli?0 -
Parmesan cheese does the trick! I especially love it on broccoli. I runs for only about 20cal per tbsp and you don't even need half of that.0

currently munching on a big bowl of steamed vegetables with a laughing cow light cheese and sweet chili sauce - yum0

Well.... I was going to say "butter!" But, if you're avoiding dairy then how about... bacon?
