Day 1

Today is the start of my consistency. I’ve played basketball all my life and I was always active. I played college basketball and I was the fittest I’ve ever been. I graduated a year ago and I just feel so sluggish and unfit. My eating habits have changed and nothing seems the same anymore. I’ve stopped working out like I used too and I also feel myself losing confidence. My only hope is to get back to the consistency. My goal is to eat better and workout more. The excuses will end right now!
