Starting again!

Not that I stopped completely but due to the issues we are facing in our community I had lost the motivation that was pushing me forward for two solid years. My official starting weight was 245 and my weight as of this morning is 221. The lowest that I have been able to get to was 205 so I managed to gain 15 lbs in 2 months of quarantine.. it only took 2 months to put back on 15 lbs when it took me 2 years to lose 40lbs! That scares me! Today I took a new Starting photo and decided that I would do what I could to regain my motivation. Change happens one decision at a time.. one good choice at a time.. one moment at a time.

Hi, I've decided to take back control of my firt an exercise, been a member of MFP but never stick to it. Took pics and measurements on Sunday, started training again with my gym, via Zoom obviously due to the current situation we're facing but feeling very positive and motivated and I've not felt like this in a long time.
Small steps can lead to big changes. Good luck0
