Step tracker suggestions?

I'm very interested in purchasing some kind of pedometer/fitness tracker, but I'm not looking to spend too much money. I don't need anything fancy, just something that will give me an idea of how much I move and burn a day!

I have a Fitbit versa 2 and I love it! It’s not too “techy” and gives me all the information I want to see and do. I’ve had it for about 1.5-2 yrs with no complaints. There’s also a versa lite edition but I’m not sure what that one offers/doesn’t offer compared to the 2. If you’re a person that likes having good community supports then the Fitbit community in my opinion is great! You can do challenges with other people or your friends and that helps keep me motivated to meet my daily step goal.

If you want to sync the tracker with MFP, I would take a look at the list of supported brands: Settings > Apps and Devices (on the MFP app).

I am very happy with my Garmin. I have a Vivoactive, which is probably more than you want to spend, but they have more basic models too (for example Vivofit). I love the Garmin Connect app.

My previous tracker was a Polar, no complaints about it either, but the app was quite basic.

I have a Fitbit Charge 2. Counts steps fairly reliably I would say. Of course you only get km (or miles) if you set a realistic step size. But that will be the same with any device, if you're interested in that at all. If it's just about steps then you might also look a level or two below the charge range. Doesn't need to be the latest model either I guess

I use Fitbit Versa and I love it. It connects with MFP and records my exercise, heartbeat, and a bunch of other useful things.
