Hi all,
I would like to introduce myself, my name is Nat, I just started using this app at the beginning of the week when my son told me about it, he is very fit & healthy and encouraged me to download & use fitness pal to help me with my weight loss.
I am happy to say I have been on track with my calorie intake & already noticed a weight loss on the scales. I’m on day 5 now so will continue to input my meals, drink & exercise. I am hoping to loose 3 and a half stones altogether. Wish me luck - I would love to hear your success stories for encouragement.
