Okay i am trying out this fitness pal but it says even if i go over a little in fat and protein that i weigh 115 pounds in 5 weeks does that really work or ?

    If you are talking about the pop up prediction when you close your diary, that's just a gimmick and I wouldn't look at it than anything other than that.

    But weight loss comes down to calories. You can lose weight eating high carb, low carb, high fat, low fat, moderate across the board, whatever as long as your calories are in line. Macros affect health and wellness, not weight maintenance directly.
