    What do you mean by reverse dieting? If you are underweight then work on gaining weight. Shouldn't your goal to be at a healthy weight?

    If you're hoping to bump up your TDEE at constant weight, increase your intake just a little (100 calories?) wait and watch closely for a week or two, while trying to push your non-exercise activity level a little alongside.

    A tiny bit more discussion of maintenace cals (including the gradual build back, but not much on that, truthfully) here;

    ‘Reverse dieting’ is a new term for me, but if you want to gain a little, adjust your calii on rise a little and increase exercise a little. Allow 2 weeks to see what effect it has had, and adjust accordingly.

    As an aside, don’t let your industry bully you into being underweight. The Fashion Industry has such a high incidence of eating disorders, as I am sure you are aware.
