I have a few questions... did you make this or buy this?

Weigh rice when dry and use the info on the package for dry weight calories. I also think that its more than 1 cup of cooked rice.... did you measure it?

Weigh the rice cakes. Especially since they are so high calorie. Im not entirely sure what this entry is for since I don't see any rice cakes.

Did you weigh the oil? Just since I notice its exactly 240 calories.

    Where is the drink?

    Where are the noodles?

    Where are the veggies?

    Where is the broth?

I guess I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking at. It looks like restaurant food. Did you search the database for the specific restaurant?

Are you planning to only eat one meal today?

    Sorry I'm not much help.

Is it pasta in the bowl? What else is in that dish apart from the egg?
Agree it looks like a large portion of rice.

i just completely winged it lol the sesame oil was simply to represent the sauce. it was for a specific restaurant but it’s a small local one.

    maybe this will help.

    so broken down it’s:
large bowl korean rice cakes (113 calories per 5– i of course did not count every rice cake 😳. i’d say there were at least 25-30... *678 calories*)
    egg (*78 calories*)
two cups calrose rice (*300 calories*)
gochujang sauce (63 calories per oz and id say there was at least a cup... *500 calories*)
    korean fish cake (*139 calories*)
=1700 calories for this whole meal?

i think it was meant to serve a few people but i was hungry 😂 just want a second opinion

i had this yesterday for dinner after moving furniture all day so i don’t really regret it but i just want to gauge how i should eat today to make up for it

    Close enough.

Log it and move on, you did a good job on the estimates. That's all anyone can do.
