Hi, my name is Tiffany. Like many of you, I've struggled with unhealthy rituals for most of my life. Reaching my goals meant changing my habits and addressing my mental health issues. What a revelation, right?! So after many grueling years, I am putting forth the effort needed to reach and maintain a healthy body, mind, and soul. I've been doing keto for the past month and, to my genuine surprise, have shown results despite being insulin resistant. I have just weighed in at 198 lbs, the first time being under 200 in YEARS, so I'm super stoked about that.
