How can I get MFP to workout the calories burned for a particular exercise? My Fitbit wasn’t tracking my heartbeat now I don’t know what I should add.

If your Fitbit didn't register your activity, you can choose an exercise from the exercise database and log that in MFP.0

Where do I find that? When I’m in my diary it’s telling me to put calories in and I don’t know what they would have been0

If Fitbit didn't see HR, it based the exercise calorie burn on distance.
If the workout was walking or running - congrats - you got a better estimated burn!
If it was not, it may be decent enough. Depends on the workout.
What was the exercise?
And it would be better to use Fitbit's database if it is even needed to manually add it.0 -
Found it thanks0
