    Hi I’m new aswell only started 16 days ago. I’ve lost 5lb so far with logging all my food. It’s habit now it also remember what brand etc you have eaten before making it easier. Weighing your food is a good start so you get exact measures for calories. I also don’t eat my calories back when MFP says I’ve exercised as I don’t trust it as it’s majorly over estimates. What’s your weight loss goal. I’ve started doing 30 min workouts 6 times a week that I find on you tube I use Team body project or Chloe Ting shred.
