Hello. I have the same oatmeal with 5 almonds, 10 blueberries, 10 raspberries 1 tsp of honey every day.
Is there a faster way to add all these ingredients than selecting every single one every day?
I tried to create a recipe. But that didn't work.

yep, on the meal you have just added tap 'save meal' and it will give you the option to save/name it for future logging. Then when you go to re log that saved meal you can easily adjust your weights if necessary.

Enter it into your FOOD page and it will tell you.

    It depends on your portion(s.)

    40g oats, 150 calories
    Honey, 1tsp 21 calories

5g almonds, 10g blueberries and 10g raspberries about 40 calories for a total of 211 calories for the bowl.

Awesome. I will make all my meals start with my name and - that way I can find them. Thanks for the tip on naming convention! And also how to create a meal! So much easier now!

Your "my meals" are just your meals that you create by saving your own meals, so there's no need to add your name to find them.
