Whole Grain bread

I recently bought Pepperidge farm whole grain oatmeal bread. Is this a good bread to eat ? I also bought some soy butter to put on it. I was wondering if these are healthy options for my diet to fill my calories.

If you like it, and it meets your nutrition and calorie needs then enjoy.4

Bread of any type is okay to eat if it fits within your calorie goals. Generally, whole grain breads are better for you because they have more fiber. If you are wondering what to eat for good health, a good place to start is with the "Healthy Eating Plate" at https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/
Soy butter can be part of a healthy diet to use as you would peanut butter. It is not necessarily better nutritionally than other nut butters. Often nut butters are considered more nutritionally sound than dairy butter because nut butters have less saturated fat.
No specific food is good or bad for weight loss or gain. The only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than you burn.2
