Happy Monday! What are your goal(s) for today?

Mine is to get my PM workout in, no excuses! And to meet my water intake goal.

    We have the same goals! I’ll keep you posted. We can do this. Just had some more water and recommitted to working out after work.

    To stick to my plan, drink all my water and walk every day.. and not drink during the week.

    Refill my water bottle 3 times during my shift at work.

    Well it's already Thursday but I'm going to post anyway! My goal today is to drink more water.
