TurboFire, P90X, Zumba, 30DS: Which one?

I have all of them and I'm going to try a little of each, to see which one I like better. Does anyone have a favorite? Best results?

  • I like zumba especially if you're just starting your journey! P90x is good, but for more advanced people, and just make sure what ever you are doing you are doing it at your own healthy pace!!!
    Zumba and weight lifting are my favorite!!

    Depends on your goal.. P90X is not marketed as a weight-loss program, it's for muscle building. For this reason, I like it very much!

    I second the motion of starting with Zumba. That is what lost me my first 10 pds and because it was fun it made me want to come back everyday.

    Now I have started to branch out with kickboxing workouts and 30DS. Yet, 30 DS is still little hard for me because of my bad knees all the jumping jacks and hopping hurts.

    I was doing well with working out for awhile and then for the past few weeks I haven't been doing it at all. I've hit a bump in the road. I do have back problems, so I probably won't be doing the whole thing all at once, I'll be building myself up for it. Fat loss is a definite goal right now.

    Since you said you have back problems, I would probably go with the Zumba. There's not as much jumping and such involved!

    hmm i should probably add that i do not have any rhythm AT ALL. I cannot dance lol. Its horrible. hahah.
