How to get past a plateau

Hello everyone! I started taking back my fitness at the beginning of January and I’m currently down 38 pounds. I know that’s awesome and I’m very happy but I’ve started to plateau. I can’t seem to lose anymore body fat (currently at 24.5%). I workout 6 days a week and consume about 2,000 Calories a day and intermittent fast (16/8) I have a BMR of around 2,000. Any advice on how to get past this plateau?

What is your height and current weight, and how long have you not lost weight?

First, I'd check to make sure you're counting accurately and that your calorie target is optimal and that your plateau has lasted more than a week or two.

Assuming those things are good, I'd probably go eat a big meal in a restaurant and go way over my calories. My body usually responds to that and starts dropping weight again.

How are you measuring your body fat and why do you think you are in a plateau? Have you not lost weight? Since when (as was asked above)?

ETA: You asked this question on June 6th. It's June 11th and no response from your after people have made suggestions and asked questions. ???
