To immediately discontinue my membership and not to debit any membership fees post free trail

Dear Team,

I do not have any interest in MyFitnessPal. My husband taken the free trail on 24 May 2020 mistakenly and shared the bank account details for deduction of the subscription after the free trai.

We are going through a very difficult time due to Covid-19 and we cannot afford anything other than the very basic requirements for our survival. So, this is not the right time now for me to continue the membership and to pay for it.

Request to cancel my membership and not to deduct any amount post the free trail.

    As we had opted for the free trail and not paid any subs ription so far, in the subscription settings, it is showing - you have no subscription so far. I have to cancel right away else it will be chargeable after the free trail.

    Kindly suggest how to cancel my free trail.
