Creating friendships through fitness

Hi Everyone, I’m Simone from the Caribbean island of Jamaica. I’ve restarted my fitness journey in March 2020. Looking to lose 80lbs but have decided to take it slow this time around and enjoy the process. I’ve lost a total of 10lbs to date.

    Nice job Simone. I am hoping I will have lost 10lbs by tomorrow when I get back on the scale. So far I’m at 6lbs. It’s definitely doable.
