176cm - 75 to 65 kilos

Hi All,

I'm 176cm, and at the beginning of the year I was 75 kilos. I have just made it under the 70kg mark! My goal weight is 65-68. I say 65-68 because weight always fluctuates. I want to get down to 65, and not to fluctuate above 68 ever!! Looking for other people with similar height/weight/fgoal weights for extra motivation!! :-)

    Hello!! Sorry, I'm not used to cms and kgs lol - but I think I'm around the same goal as you. I'm 5'9" and 171lbs looking to be about 130-140lbs. Feel free to add me :-))

    Hi,

    I am 163cm tall and I am currenlty 70 kgs ( i was 75 a year ago and got down to 70 then down to 65 but back up to 70) I want to get down to 65 as my way weight but I too fluctuate but I want to aim for 60-70

    171 lbs. = 77.7 kg
    140 lbs = 63.6 kg
    130 lbs = 59.1 kg.
    176cm = about 5'9 tall
    75 kg. = 165 lbs. (same with my HW)

    Hi. I'm not as tall as you. I'm 167cm and around 70kg my weigh go is 56kg to 58kg. Please add me. thanks.

    Hi im 173cm tall and was 70 kilos a year ago now I'm 60-62 kilos and would love to drop down 1 more kilo and stay under 60 or on 60 .... I am of a small frame bone-wise so every kilo really shows on me especially around my belly!
