Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's see if we can do 250.
The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 250 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Ok.. count me in! I need to get into these to push me to do things I don't normally do. I feel a bit daft to be honest. :blushing:
50 done :bigsmile: 200 to go! eeek! I'll be honest I can't do more than 4 reps if I put my feet out all the way so will do 10 reps with feet in a bit.
How do you log these? just under strength training? or under Cardio as well for the calories?0 -

I was thinking of adding these to my routine anyway! Not sure I can do 250, or that if I do I'll be able to move my arms tomorrow, but I'll do as many as I can!

Eek! I only managed 20 before my arms started to burn!! I'll do another set of 20 again later, but I guess I know what I should be working on from now on!!0

Well I'm up to 60 - have done them in three sets of 20 over the course of the late morning/early afternoon. I think I should stop - afraid I won't be able to lift my arms tomorrow! :laugh: But hey, I'm glad I was challenged to even do 60!0

I'm beat.. but having not done any in years, I did 130 so not a bad start! I'm pleased with that, and I did sections of them at full length legs.0

Never done this before and only managed 20. School Report says "must try harder". Will add these to my daily routine and try to build up to a more decent number.0

Today was my arms workout anyways so I only managed to do 70... Afraid I may not move my arms tomorrow! But great thing to work towards!0
